We strive to ensure that every customer has a flawless experience, which is why our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be as flexible as possible, while also maintaining the high-quality standards we're known for.

Returns & Exchanges: 

We are committed to your satisfaction, so we offer a 7-day window for returns and exchanges on non-custom items such as accessories or off-the-rack suits. For any returns or exchanges, the items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached. Custom-made suits or any alterations made to a suit, including adjustments to size or style, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If you're not completely satisfied with your suit or need to exchange it for another size, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your item. Well guide you through the process and ensure a smooth exchange if the item qualifies. Please note that shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, or altered beyond the original state.

How to Return or Exchange: 

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with us via email or phone, providing your order details, or you can use the return label included with your package. Our team will assist you with the return process and inform you of the correct address for sending your item. For exchanges, we will do our utmost to meet your request based on our inventory. Refunds for returns will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees that may apply.

If you experience any issues with your suit, please notify us immediately upon receiving the product so that we can address the situation promptly. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your suit and will work to make any necessary corrections to ensure it's just right for you.
